Shuttering through steering wheel

Hi.

2003 Jimmy with 160,000 KM on it.

Runs great BUT... recently when it warms up i get a strong shuttering felt through the steering wheel and the whole truck shakes WHEN I"M BACKING UP SLOW AND TURNING like out of a parking spot. nothing when straight driving

Similar when turning into parking spots but nothing in comparison to backing up and turning.

Doesn't do it when cold backing out of driveway first thing in am but when she warms up it's get BAD.

Drives perferct under all otehr conditions, highway etc. and shaking / shuttering isn't there in 4 wheel drive ( i tried to see if it made a difference which is confusing )

Ideas guys?/ anyone else ever have this.

Brakes new one month ago and drivers wheel bearing done at 80 K.
