voyager AC blows hot

Ac worked great until my alternator went out. Changed out the alternator and battery, and now AC blows very hot air...even when AC is turned off. Had AC checked and freon and compressor are ok. Is there a vacuum or electrical line that I may have pulled loose? Thanks
