My Grand Am:little Rough Starting ,(just A Little) Displaying No Codes But When Im Driving Or Sitting ,and I Rev It Up To 4 It Will Go Back And Forth To 3.5 ,4,3.6 ,4 And So On Until It Settles On 4 Than When I Push The Pedal Further It Sounds Like Its Being Governed .it Doesnot Back Fire Any Help Would Be Good

Suprised you can even rev it that high sitting.
It is governed, if youre in park, you shouldnt be able to rev it much higher than 3k rpms. When in N it'll rev till the limiter kicks in, it'll sound like one of those ricers ringdingding :lol:

As far as starting problms, it could be many things.
Plug & wires, air filter, injectors, your IAC, dirty TB, and maybe a few other things.
