1993 civic

Just got a 93 civic and I wanted to know about the timing belt. How do I know if its been done? if not then, whats a good price to pay to hve it done?
Also where can I get some seatcovers, the headrest on the seat are some open hook looking ones

How many miles are on the car? To see the belt, pull off the upper timing cover and check it for cracks or fraying. I'm not sure of the cost of the average timing belt job, maybe around $500? I know you can get a timing belt for about $25 and with a manual and a saturday you can do it your self.
