HELP!!! Keyless remote probs

Does anyone know how to program a 4 button keyless remote for a '95 XR7?:banghead:

The dealer told me to just turn the key to the on position and off 8 or 12 times and it should be programed. It doesn't work and now he wants to run expensive diagnostis on it.

try turning the key to ignition (not on) and then off and continue for six or more times until the doors automaticly lock and unlock and then press the lock button on the key remote and then that should work...
