Brother vs Brother

Who was watching tonight's episode of PINKS? Two brothers, with a 99 Camaro and a 68 Firebird, 500-600rwhp raced. Because they're brothers and the other can give the other brother back the prize car, the stipulation was for the winner to auction the other car on ebay. That was an excellent show. These things were packing heat, burnouts and wheelies!! And no whining, finally

If my brother and I raced for cars, there ain't no way he'd be getting it back. I'd be doing burnouts with his car in front of his house for a month

hahaha my brother and I were thinking about going on that show, my '93 camaro verse his '67 vette. Of course he would probably win since I am reduced to pushing mine. :-(

Rally's right, the 99 won by a nose.

If I had to lose a car I would rather lose a 99 maro instead of a 68 firebird, not too many of them left. Did the winning brother got to keep the money from the ebay auction, or did it go to charity?

Was that the one in St. Louis by any chance? My friend at work knows those guys, if it was. They taped it over the summer and I heard a little about it. It was suppose to be one of the best shows actually. But I don't have speed channel.

Too bad pinks isn't always like that. It normally involves someone bluffing and only going half throttle and on the last race they floor it and beat the other guy by half the track.

Ok, that just made my night! That was the BEST Pinks ever! And Tim Tosto was featured in GM High Tech Performance Mag last month. Plus, what makes this great to me, is that I live a rock's throw from St. Peters. I practically live in St. Peters. That HOSS (Hugger Orange SS) was a beast. GM only made 375 of those in 99. I have all the specs of that car in the mag in my room.
Thanks for posting that up 6!

I've always wondered what HOSS meant. I also wonder why his brother's tranny wasn't catching on the firebird.

99 was the only year that received that orange color. Its sweet and I hope I see it cruising the street sometime. And yes, he does take it for an occasional drive.

I honestly hope that no one buys that car so he gets it back. That thing is a piece of art.

The bidders are getting very close to the 42k reserve. It's not looking good for him keeping his car.

I'll buy it and sell it back to him for the same price.
That's got to break his heart watching all that work, sweat, blood, and money go up in the air to the highest bidder. He built it, so he deserves to get it back if his brother allows it.

I whatched 3 episodes and got tired of whining kids. So I whatch the two shows on SPEED that don't fucking suck... at 1 in the morning. Allthough they are broadcasting the NOPI NATIONALS this month. SO pysched for that!

Thats not the point of the show though. The point of the show is the slower person is going to loss their car.
