99 K1500 rear disk conversion

I'm looking for a company that makes rear disk conversion kits with high performance calipers and slotted/drilled rotors and a matching setup for the front.

Baer Brakes makes these kits, I am sure that there are other companies out there, Baer is the only one that I have used.
