Stupid Question

I know this is a stupid question, but now that ive thought about it i cant remember the answer. are the fans behind the radiator supposed to be on all the time?

this is a very recent question, and the thread should be on this first page. Not sure what it's called, but you should be able to easily find it.

I remember reading somewhere that they always stay on when the A/C is running. When the A/C is off I dont think they should stay running all the time but I'm not positive.
