Red Light Camera Defense

Im using to thigs as my red light ticket defense, the first is that the cameras are not proper be NO police officer issued the ticket, and the oly reason for installing them is to make money.. Agianst the law



second..... The ticket issued is a civil violation, But a red light ticket is a MM minor misdomenor, my defense is NO city has the power to reclassify a violation from a MM - to a civil violation, just like they cannot classify a murder from felony to a MM

Well...... :bananasmi I won my defense. I asked for 3 things at my hearing. I wanted the officer who reviewed the ticket. NO SHOW. I asked for the records of repairs to the camera there were 15, and I told them they could not change a state mandaited MM violation to a civil violation.


Their reply was to throw it out.
I saved 95.00 and got about 85 people behind me yelling the same thing :grinyes:
