Tie rods?

When do I know if I need new tie rods?
When I do around a kinda sharper corner on the highway or like on a cloverleaf exit ramp my car tends to lean a lot and it shirts a lot of weight to 1 side. I thought getting new sport suspension should have helped but it only did a littlebit. I kinda firgured it would be tie rods, but im not totally sure.
When do i know if I need bushings too?
Any suggestions?
