X5 TV and navigation screen

Any idea how to activate the TV when driving. ie when the handbreak is off. How do you amend the settings in a 2006 Version 4 system .The instructions on this site back in 2002 don't appear to work on the newer 2006 models. Also does anyone know how to change the nav screen from 2D to 3D. Some guy in Berlin is selling the instructions by email on ebay so it must be straight forward. :uhoh:
