Headlight Cover removal

I just got some lens cleaner and could not figure out how to get my headlight covers off. It shows me how to remove every lens but that in my manual. Does anyone know how to do it?

I've heard of warming them up in an oven then seperating the glass from the unit. Use the same procedure to reassemble them.
