Ok, hopefully someone here will have the knowledge that I lack.
Here is the situation:
This morning my 98 grand am woulnd't start; the battery was fine (I was able to use intern mechanisms like seats and internal lights), but when I turned the key nothing happened. No clicks, no cranks, no internal power(radio/dashboard HUD). My initial thought was a blown fuse and I was correct. I replaced the fuse and turned the key to the ACC position and I had internal power. Awesome, right? I go to start it and nothing happens(except a pop after a second). I went back to ACC and my internals were gone and the fuse had blown again. I am by no means automotively saavy but would that mean I had a short somewhere? Or could it possibly mean my starter is bad? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like an electrical short. Which fuse keeps blowing? Trace the circuit on the blown fuse and you should probably find the culprit.
