So I decided to custom build the front chin, side skirts, rear tail and bumper. I just get the TAMIYA EPOXY PUTTY today, and building it now. It is my first time using putty to make custom for model cars.

I spent around few hours reading the menu and trying to use the putty to custom the front chin, side skirts, rear bumper and rear tail. I built models cars many years but I am very FRESH in customizing kit using putty, please suggest and have comment on it.

I am thinking to drill :alien2: the air-intake at the side instead of painting matt black on it.

Hey, it looks like chewing gum! Just kidding:p I didn't know you could work up the Tamiya putty like that. Drill out the holes for the vents and go find some Gunze Sangyo Mr. Surfacer 500 in H.K. to help with blending in small gaps and slight imperfections with the putty work. You can brush Mr. surfacer on and sand away like primer-actually is a primer, but much thicker to help in covering and build-up of thickness. Dries very fast! Any more questions, just post it here. Your ideas seem to be looking pretty good. I miss H.K.-everything is tax free.
