I have replaced the fuel injectors in my 1995 Lumina 4 dr. with 3.1L.
Fuel harness is getting power, but no fuel is going through the injectors.
Fuel pump was replaced before I got it for free from my BIL.
Spark plugs are dry, still wont start.
Anything else I can try?
Is there a fuel pump relay for this year, if so where is it located?
Thanks
Mike

Do you hear the fuel pump cycle when the key is turned on?

Heres what I know
There is good pressure to the fuel rail
Can hear fuel pump running with key in the "on" position
There is power to the fuel harness
spark plugs are dry.

Have you put a noid light in-line to see if the injectors are getting a signal to fire from the ECM?

Will the car start and then die if starting fluid is sprayed in the throttle body?

You're getting no spark. The problem could be the ignition control module (ICM), coils (although all three rarely fail at the same time) either of the crank position sensors (CKPS), or computer (ECM). All four could/would cause no spark. The ECM will cut the signal to the injectors if no spark signal is received from the ICM. The CKPS signals the ICM when to fire the coils, so therefore they are all inter-related. If you have an Auto-Zone or Advance Auto in your area, they can test the ICM for free. The rest are harder to test, so unless you have the proper equipment and a repair manual, you may need to take it to someone that knows what they are doing.

First of all I brought the injectors from Linder Techical Services, the injectors were packed in oil, and it must have gummed up, plugging the injectors.
He said to induce Marvel Mystery Oil into the air intake, and now its running.

That wouldn't have prevented it from having power to the injectors, or starting on spray ether, so I don't know what you've proven, other than that there is something wrong that's gonna happen aagin, most likely...or something wasn't connected right the first time around...
