Radiator options to cure overheating?

Upon returning from the JAE show, i noticed that there was some white residue on the passenger side wing. I later discovered that the coolant had boiled over and spat out the excess. This was due to driving with the AC running on my turbo conversion. Now ive read before that this is one of the problems, now i need your opinions on a solution.

Firstly, do i need to change both the radiator and fans, as our stock fans do fit onto the mounting holes one the rad?

Can i just get Forge motorsport to make an exact replica of my stock one, will this be more benificial?

Can anyone suggest a whole replacement system fans and rad?

Don't know if it applies over here but apparently the radiator on the automatic G20s is a double row jobbie and the manual isn't, so maybe a used radiator off an auto would sort you out.

im waiting on a call from the local nissan dealers, when they have a 2.0 TD in, i can then go and have a look to see what the difference is before i buy one. The 2.0 TD is gonna be easier to get around here.

for the time being... to avoid coolant boilover, you could
always switch to a higher press radiator cap...
get a nissan 300zx/fairlady twin turbo cap which is rated
at 1.2 bar compared to our 0.9 bar caps

Trying to rack my brains here. There is an additive you can add to the coolant. I think it's called "water wetter". Basically, it increases the thermal conductivity of water to aid cooling. In short, the coolant carries more heat away from the engine quicker.

Best bet is to have a look at the classic car market. It's used quite a lot there - Triumph Stags and Mini's have real cooling problems, this is supposed to help.

Erm, the way i understand it, as the fluid reaches 100C it wont boil as its under pressure, and the boiling point of water/coolant varies with pressure. Try boiling water on the top of a mountain, it boils lower than 100C, but under pressure it boils a lot higher than 100C.

With all the mods you've done i'd think you need to get a bigger radiator/fans, a 200sx rad fit???? will have a look at my mates 200sx rad compared to mine tonight.
