'01 Odyssey Door Problem - Help!

We have a 2001 Odyssey EX with another power sliding door problem. I searched the web, but couldn't find a solution. The driver side power slider is not closing properly. Instead of sliding smoothly, it bumps along a few times while closing. I looked at the gap between the rear hinge and the body, and the gap for the passenger slider is a lot bigger than the gap on the driver side. My guestimate would be a gap of 1/4" on the driver side and 3/4" on the passenger side. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what is wrong with the sliding door? Is the hinge bent, or is that how it's supposed to be?
