Won't Start ECU rebuilt

I had my 92 Mighty Max suddenly quit, as if the key had been turned off. I traced through it and found no spark. Replaced the coil with no effect. Read up on the problems with the ECU and had mine rebuilt. Still no spark.

The fuel pump relay clicks and I am wondering what to check next. Is there an ignition cutoff in the event of fuel pump failure? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Replaced the ECU again today and it is running after 6 years.
