Hey guys, i was wondering if it was possible to connect an mp3 player, any mp3 player to a Clarion DXZ555MP Head unit.

I currently have a psp with a 4 gigabyte stick, and i was wondering if there is a way to use the auxiliary input/output to connect the psp via the headphone jack to the head unit to transmit the music to the speakers.

if a headunit has an aux input, there should be adapter for whatever you want to use as an input

what is a PSP ? you will need womething that takes the output of this device and converts it to RCA. The type of adapter will be dependent on the device, not really the headunit.

ok, it's a play station portabe (not a gamer). looks like the only real output is the headphone, you can buy an adapter that is a 1/8" phone plug to dual RCA ... make sure the 1/8" jack has 3 parts - tip, ring and shield, this is the stereo version. Then plug that end into the PSP and the RCA's into the clarions input jacks.
