MBZ CLK-GTR questions

I just got Tamiya's Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR race car model (the #10/#11 Warsteiner car). I had some questions about it. Is the whole undertray carbon fiber, so that I will have to apply SMS carbon fiber decals to the whole thing? Does it have a pneuatically-shifted transmission, so that there are air lines to the shifter. And, in picture 12 (the one at the bottom left of the gallery block) at this link:

does anyone know what the fluid tank on the driver's side is for, and what that valve or whatever with all the braided lines going into it is for? Thanks.
