'92 Jimmy windshield washer sprayer

The sprayer will not spray on my '92 Jimmy. I get nothing when I engage the spray thingy on the windshield wiper control. I checked and all of the hoses are in their proper position and secured. Two electrical gizmos are attached to the washer fluid tank. Neither one makes any type of noise when I engage the washer control. Do both of these gizmos need to be replaced? I checked the fuse box and all of the fuses appear fine. Thanks for any help and direction you all can give me on this.

Could be a problem with the pulse board or the washer pump. Both are easy to change, the washer pump is a little cheaper. You could check to see if you are getting power to the washer pump and if so you probably have a bad pump, if no power then the pulse board is not sending the signal to turn on the washer pump and you will need a new pulse board.
