help!! 95 honda civic windshild wiper problem

please can anyone help me i have a 1995 honda civic ex and i some how messed up the windshild wipers..they dont turn off and they dont speed up they just go at the med speed all the time..it starts when i turn on the car..i was told there was a cod i could unplug to make them stop till i can find a time to get them fixed for real..but i dont have the users book to my car and i dont know if its a size 12 or a size 10 cord thet i need to pull..if you can help in any way please let me know you can email me back at [email protected]

There is a 20 amp fuse in your fuse box under the dash. Take that out. No need to fanangle with any size 10 cods.
