i have a 1988 mazda mx6 gt turbo 5 speed. theres a nocking noise . i was wondering if i had to adjust the valves on it or does it adjust itself. i need some feedback soon so could someone talk plz. :feedback:

It's your HLA's, Or possibly your rocker arms. Look into getting them replaced.
