03' dakota

i was driving yesterday on the local parkway, and i couldn't top 80, i mentioned it to my friends and he suggested i may have a governor on my truck. and i'm new to my truck, i just got it a month ago used w/ about 45k miles. and i need to kno how i can find out if there is a governor on my truck, or if it just sux. oh and if anybody knows if a interior blue neon light is legal in FL that would help too. thanx

ok i know for a fact that theirs a govenor on dodge dakotas and i bet since its a 03 noones removed it yet. i kno their was a thread about this somewhere on this forum il go find it and then see what the actual governor is

i honestly dont know but probally a mechanic could tell ya but id guess its somthing to do with the dakotas computer
