96 dakota engine swap

I have a 96 dakota with a 3.9 and am swapping it with a 93 5.2.
I have the whole donor truck, what parts do I need from it before I scrap it out.

Keep the donor truck until done. Probably the wiring harness all computer controls you aren't sure until you are done. Little things you wouldn't think of unless you have done the job before.
Any money you would get be wasted going to a junk yard getting small parts.
Anything from starters to exhaust or mounts.
