Got alot planned for this year. It's my senior year and I'm taking 6 art courses out of 8 class openings. I've got a portfolio course and my focus will be automotive art, theres alot of drawings I'd like to do but have to wait until I start my class next week to actually work on them. I'm working on a Bentley concept right now, its my first attempt at a design, but I need some practice on designing as theres a chance I will be going to the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for industrial design(cars, furniture, anything basically) next summer.

It worked for me... Great coloring andreflections on the drawings... the wheels seem a bit out-of-round, but prespective looks okay. I like the style. Roboduck

Thanks, glad the link worked. Wheels are my biggest problem and then the perspective towards the rear of the car. But it's getting better.

Thanks, sorry to sound rude, but deal with it. I use photobucket so that's what you get. Don't like it, too bad.

I agree with HONU. You want us to comment your drawings, so it's your job to make it easy for us. it's like a seller - client situation. If you care about us as much as you show it in the quote above, you don't need to ask yourself why nobody replies in any future threads.

Hey, I'm not begging you to comment on my drawings. But this is a drawing forum so I posted my drawings, don't feel like clicking on the link because it's too hard, don't. I'm not trying to start an online battle or anything but seriously this is the most non welcoming forum I've ever been a part of. Anyways back to the drawings. I use prismacolor pencils, only been working with them for the passed year off and on. All the drawings are about 11" by 14".

Ok, guys, listen;
Knight: It's true that there will be more comments if he does something in a way more viewer-friendly. But that doesn't mean we have to make him, he's still an AF member with the same rights as any of us.
JDM: We're not trying to be unwelcoming, but trying to show you how you might get more comments instead of just views. People normally go into a drawing forum looking for drawings, not link to myspace or some crap. It's not that people are too lazy, well, for some it is. But some people have Dial up, computer problems, a mother in law, etc. Somethign that makes them irritated to have to click on another link + another to see the drawing in detail. It's hard when your computer moves like a turtle.
Now, that's not to say I'm telling you throw everything in at once, which you can do (Add a 56K warning however) But people can better comment on your drawings if they're not all thrown into a mixed bag. You know?
Anyway, hope you stick around and listen to some advice members give you, it'll most likely benefit you in the long run.

I didn't mean any disrespect or anything, the last thing I want is to start a stupid internet battle. Its just I've posted on several other big car forums and no one minds what picture link I use, if they want to look at it then they do if not hey whatever doesnt bother me. I'm not necesarily looking for comments. I know what I need to improve, only thing that will get me there is practice. So if you want to comment and take your time to say hey, greatly appreciated and thank you! If not, oh well, you can't win 'em all right.

Id just get use to getting few comments on these forums. I rarely get more than 5 comments no matter how bad or good my drawing is. But usually the few comments i get are pretty helpful, most these guys know what there talkin about when it comes to drawing cars:2cents:
