Very Strange Problems

We have a 2000 alreo. Automatic, v4.
Recently the Service Vehicle light came on. At the same time the A/C stopped starting right away. I ran the car a few min and the blowers and A/C lights turned on.
Sometimes the TCS system will turn off and back on.
Dash lights like the seatbelt light do not kick on right away.
I took it into a shop and they did not find any error codes.
Sometimes the car starts and everything comes on right away. Other times the A/C and dash lights take 3-5 min to turn on after the car is running.
Sometimes when I turn the car off, it dings at me because the headlights are on, however they are only in daytime running mode. So I have to turn them off all the way.
The service Vehicle light does not always come on.
So basically, a lot of random systems are failing at different times, but only sometimes. I am very confused please help :)

Possible flaky ignition switch. Also, check the battery cables and terminal connections.
