P1134 HO2S - Code?

Can anyone tell me what this code is all about....

Yea, sorry: 1997 Buick Skylark 3.1 V6 w/automatic & 65000 miles. No symptoms... just the code.

DTC P1134 indicates the Bank1, Sensor1 02 sensor has an incorrect ratio.

The slow rich to lean or lean to rich response time is degraded.

Possibly a bad 02 sensor. The 02 sensor before the CAT convertor.
