help with boost controller

I just bought a ton of go fast parts for my 2. one of them is the greddy profec b boost controller. I have never hooked one of these up before and im a little intimidated by it, can anyone provide tips or instructions? I dont think I need to adjust the fcd, ive got a 3rd gen 3sgte with a stock higher setting, but I think there is another device i do need to deactivate. The best way to route the hoses to the dash an so forth.
my other parts ordered KO DP and Exhaust, Spearco Intercooler, Apexi intake(which was brutally hard to find for the 3rd gen motor). I want to set boost to 15 or 16 which I believe is a safe setting for the ct20b.
