Ok i want to turn a 89' Lesabre buick into a racer... funny yea i know
Where can i find side, front, and back skirts for it?
I can handle the rest, I just cant find the damn skirts.
Im gonna end up putting a carbon fiber spoiler on the back..
Lambo doors
nice rims..
and then all i need is a sick paint job

Umm...NO. First off, such a kit is not presently manufactured (at least not that I know of). Second, unless you have tons and tons of money, you will not have a race car. Ever. Lambo doors would be interesting though.
As far as realistical modifications, your best bet would be to open up the intake (CAI w/ either purolator or K&N filter) and open up the exhaust (2.5 pipe, hi-flow cat, hi-flow muffler). Otherwise there isn't much you can do. These cars were designed to ride nice and have good fuel economy for their size.
If you really want some power, you could get a series 2 L67 (supercharged 3800) to swap in and that would get somewhere....

ok 1. Im not working 2 jobs for nothing.
2. I can find skirts for it and work them to fit
3. I already have the lambo doors.
4. I just want the skirts to make it look like a racer.

This may be your best bet for a body kit, it came factory (I think) with a lesabre T type GS package. (Details: http://www.lesabret.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=1139. I doubt you'll be able to locate one so if you can find a kit that you can modify, then go for it.
You'll have a hard time getting the stock vin C 3800 to beef up, but you can replace the sway bars with those off an FE3 car (if you can find one) to stiffen up the suspension. Replacing the sway bar linkage with polyeurothane bushings and adding a strut tower brace would also greatly improve handling.
I'm interested in seeing how the lambo doors turn out though...I've always wanted to do that on my car. Where did you find the hinge kit? Ebay?
Edit: Something like this: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/248730/4 ....I just hate huge wings on these things though, but your car so do whatever.
Edit 2: Another one...with prettier pictures. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/360880
