Need help pricing out some repairs for my TT.

I am very excited that my 350 just arrived today and I was planning on just getting dealer trade in for my 91 300zx TT, but it is in fairly rough shape and needs some work. I am trying to figure out if I will get my money's worth by doing the necessary repairs to get it to be in good shape. It's a 91 with 75k on the odo. The problems that need to be fixed are as follows... if anyone knows about how much this would be to fix (especially the turbos), either at a dealer, or at a private shop that works on imports please respond!

Both turbos are blown and need replacing.

There is a fairly serious problem with the steering, where it is unresponsive for about 1/4 turn of the wheel. It definitely needs allignment but probably something else as well.

When I took it in a month or so ago to get a few things looked at, I was told that there was a problem with the fuel injectors (which is why the cabin smells of gas), and that there was some sort of gasket that was leaking on the engine, allthough I cannot remember which one.

The stereo seems to have a short... only one speaker is working at the moment.

Lastly, the front spoiler is cracked and in need of replacing from one too many speed bumps.
