yup. again. i turn the key and nothing happens. this happened before (replaced starter) and again (jumped neutral safty switch) but now its happening again. i tryed undoing what i did to the NSS with no luck. boosted the battary sevrel times to no avail and still it refuses to start. im tempted to take a torque wrench and remove every peice of glass and plastic on it. it has not moved more then a mile in the last year and i have put $500 and countless hours of work into it in the year that ive owned it yet it still continues to f*** me over and refuse to start when i need it. if you want any more information about the problem just ask and il provide. if this probelm isent fixed in a week i will post a video of me compleatly destroying it and feeling minuitly better.

When you first turn the ignition key, does the fuel pump run its prime cycle?

yes it does but i dont think it is a fuel problem since the engine wont crank. it starts sometimes when you play around with the shifter. sometimes it starts in park, sometimes in neutral and sometimes in neither. its odd. very anoying.

When you turn the ignition key to the START position during the no-start episodes, does the temperature gauge go to full scale? Do all the warning lamps illuminate? On the '92, you nay have the older design steering column with a separate ignition switch and link bar between the lock cylinder and switch. You may have to adjust the ignition switch to compensate for some wear and slack.

I think you need a neutral safety switch.
