Tranny Bearing

I think I have a bearing going out in my transmission on a 98' Civic EX.
Anyone here replaced one? I heard it's not that uncommon.
Which bearing is the usual suspect and how hard is it to replace?
I already have the engine and trans out to rebuild the engine
so I"m thinking of splitting the trans case and have a look.
