I'm letting the paint on my challenger set in,
and should i put on my bmf before or after
cutting back and polishing?

I would do it after, so as not to disturb the foil. Not sure how Silicone products will affect the adhesiveness though

Be sure to wash the model before applying the Bare Metal Foil, and also to do it before any waxing.

I agree with everyone, bmf after polishing but before waxing. Wax may cause it not to stick as good.

I clear after applying bmf. You don't have to worry about it pealing off and it allows you to polish and wax right over it. :grinyes:
