rebuild or new engine??

i have a 5.0l HO what pushes round 200 hp now n i was wandering what would cost less rebuilding it n boaring it out to around 320hp or just buying a new 5.0l HO that pushes 320hp and what would the time frame be for both of them??

200hp 302?.......That would be a two barrel something from the early 1970s...

If so you don't need to bore or anything the engine just needs probably needs to be rebuilt and updated.

its a 94 gt, stock was 215hp, so how much hp n torque could i get out of it if i rebuilt it and updated it..how much money too?

heads/cam/intake you can be at 300+ horse. cost-under 2 g's if you shop around, alot cheaper if you get some used gt-40s
