Flawless launch @ 14.5psi
Just did this launch yesterday testing my camera and launching skill, although it wasn't a bad launch @ low boost (14.5psi) if I say so myself.

Oh and the camera is gay, I'm getting another one, there isn't even any sound........

i'd like to go, but i gotta get my car running first. i'm having trouble installing a taller 5th gear, and i put it on backwards, now its a PITA to remove so i can install it correctly. i'll post on 3si on sat whether or not i'm coming, i just don't know for sure right now.

I'm new to this forum car thing and just b0ught my first car which is a mitsubishi 3000gt 1997 non vr-4.I've also been lookin around for some performance parts for it but have had no luck.. Yo ralli those websites u gave me were they based in europe or us. I'm currently in u.s but i will look into those. also anyone that knows of a reliable place to buy 3000gt parts, please tell me. I'm not goin to get anything now but in a couple of months i should have enough money for the turbo.

Welcome to AF. BTW, is your 3k a base or sl? cause that could be a huge determining factor in your turbo plans.

Hey bro I'm thinking Zeiss would be the man to speak to regarding the Turbo N/A set up. Yes these sites are from the states although I live in New Zealand myself....... I don't know if there is anything in our facts section regading this issue although It would be a good Idea to read it anyway........ Make a new thread so people can help you man..........

i believe its a basic but how can i tell. it has leather 5 speed power sun roof power windows, locks, cruise. and thats about it if it helps. thanks

are you planning a DOHC conversion? i hate to say this to you man, but you may be better off selling your base and starting with a VR-4/TT. Will probably save you time, money, and countless headaches. :2cents:

i believe it is dohc it says it on the intake manifold i think? i'd have to check when i get it back cause its currently at the body shop.

97-99 base 3000gts are SOHC, so if it's DOHC, it's an SL.
