What Kind of oil do I need to use?

I just bought a 1991 Mustang Gt 5.0 and it need's an oil change. It has a
F/I 306 fully fordged and balanced w/ Twisted wedge heads cobra intake 25 lbs. injectors and a 303 cam.
What type of oil do I need to use in it?

Use a good synth.
Royal Purple, Red Line, Amsoil etc. With Amsoil, I go about 10k before changing.
As long as its SAE, all conventional oils are about the same, you just have to change between 3k-5k depending on driving.
I use 10-40 summer, 5-30 winter.

im not a fan of fully synthetic, it seems like it burns up alot faster.

i agree with the fully snythetic and i do agree it burns up quicker but its alot alot alot better on your engine i think its worth the money put in for higher oil makes a load difference in how smooth my engine runs
