replacing Bose HU

Any of you replaced a 95+ Bose head unit without bypassing the Bose amps? I have a 1997 Infinity Q45 that I just put a Clarion MAX2256 double din HU in (it was a lot easier on my previous non-Bose 96 Maxima). I am getting a lot of engine noise, I don't want to bypass the Bose amps just because its too much work for me. I was told of plug-in modules for Bose systems, but I also heard that they make engine noise as well. What are some of your recommendations? Any particular brand of noise cancelling module?
Also, how the hell does Clarion make a HU without a power antenna output, I had to rig it to my radio power, now the antenna is up even with the CD or monitor, any ideas?
