94 aerostar thermostat problem please help

i need to change the thermostat on my 94 ford aerostar but i have no clue where it is or how to change it. if anyone knows of a website with a diagram or has any advice i would love to hear it

Follow the upper radiator hose to the top of the engine, it should be right there! If it's like my '90 model (3.0) be very cautious removing thermostat housing bolts because they tend to seize over time and spraying with a "nut-buster' solvent is a really good idea. Just clean both surfaces to remove any old gasketing material, (pay close attention to how the thermostat comes out for direction). I usually use a little copper coat seal on the surfaces if corrosion has affected the metal, put new thermostat and gasket in place and snug it back up. Be careful not to over torque bolts!(had to drill one out before.......no fun at all!) Good luck.:)
