2000 tdi golf tie rod removal

so my mom was driving her golf a she hit a big rock w/o the skid plate on and broke the steer rack and bend the sub frame and im trying to get to tid rod off and it just keeps spinning what do i do

use a torch and heat up the nut. You can buy one at wallmart, target, and any hardware store. Its called (benzomyte) and there about 20.00 for the lighter and 5.00 for the propane bottle.
