7.3 diesel question

I have 115,000 miles on my diesel. The engine was running great and I parked it for about 2 weeks. Went to start it and yes it started but is smoking black and has absolutely no power. It will hardly pull itself down the driveway. No power when you hit the accelerator but will fall back to idle fine except for the smoke. When you hit the accelerator the smoke is much more. Turbo problem or what. Words of assistance are appreciated.

Let it run awhile and see if a check engine light comes on. Codes for that would help alot. If it is doing what you say it is, then the CEL should come on.
