First of off it feels good to be back, its been a few months. NOw, a few months ago I left my lights on at work and it drained my battery. I got a jump and the security on my radio activated making it imposible to turn it on with out punching in the code. After being silly and trying to guess the code the radio shutoff completely. I called a mitsu dealer and got the code and the radio succesfully turned on. The problem is there is no sound coming from my speakers. The wiring in the back of the stock radio wasn't messed with during this time, so I am stuck. All the features: tape, cd, am/fm switches work and I can even run cds and switch radio stations but no luck with the sound. Please help...

This might be a long shot, but did you check all your fuses? Seems like there shouldnt be anythinng wrong. If your CD player is getting power, so should your speakers.

Wow thats fucked up! I don't want to say it but you tried the volume right?
I mean not just the volume nob but like make sure its working you know how sometimes you can turn the nob and it doesn't ajust the controls, sometimes I had to push in a bit with mine to get it to catch. I dunno man thast messed up.

I had a similar problem with mine. When i first bought the car, i took it to get detailed and they killed the battery. Same symptoms with the radio. I eventually caved in and bought a new aftermarket radio. LOL you can have my stock one.... its in my garage.
