'96 Turn Signal Replacement

On my '96 I need to rplace the casing of the driver side turn signal to pass inspection. I'm not sure how to get the old casing off without breaking anything. I'm afraid that I need to take off the entire front bumper, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me?!
