referral?

ok iv been here a while just i never noticed the referral on my profile what does a referral even mean?

Referrals are when you refer someone else to the site and they join. They'd have to put your name as a referral source during registration. I just found out what referrals are like 3 months ago and I've been on AF since 2001 :eek:

so their essentially usless and serve no benifit

In essence yes. I suppose it helps if you ever want to be a mod, but even then, I don't think it'll make or break you. Other than that, it just lets other people know you're supporting AF by adding more members

I wish there was a way to see who it was that you refered, because I sure don't know who it was. Correct me if I'm wrong about that though.

i tried to see who i referred couldnt see a way to check that even tho my refferals should be at 4 because iv refered 4 ppl that did join but they didnt say i refered them
