1992 Regal Custom makes strange noise when turning wheel

I have a 1992 Buick Regal Custom 3.8L. I've had this problem which had been going on for a while, but has been getting worse lately. I've noticed that many times when I'm pulling out of a parking space and have to turn the wheel, it makes a strange noise. It sounds almost like a dull scraping. Lately, it's even been happening when I'm in traffic at slow speeds and I turn the wheel. There's a possibility that it happens at high speeds as well and I just can't hear due to all the wind. Anyway, it sounds awful, and I don't know what causes that. Do I need to grease something in the steering assembly, and if so, what do I need to grease?

I'm no expert, but I'd check your power steering fluid.
