mods for 1996 accord

I got a friend with a 1996 Honda Accord with either an F22B1 or F22B2...I can't remember...95% sure is the B2. The only downside to this is that it's an automatic. Anyways...he was wondering if there are any good mods for this....mainly engine wise. All that's on it is an Intake...he wants to get a full exhaust from the header back. Is there a way to swap the head out to a VTEC head? If there is a way to do a head swap what head would he have to get and would it matter if it came off of a automatic or a manual? Finally, if he can do a head swap what all would he need to get? Thanks guys...the more the help the better. Thanks

The first practical thing you can do is a search. This has been discussed so many times it's almost worn the writing off my flat panel monitor.
