error code 12 54 43

the book says 12=battery problem, 54=no cam signal, 43=ignition coil. do i just need to replace camshaft postition sensor and how bad are these codes? Ignition coil doesnt sound good. Maybe just take it in? How expensive do you think it will be? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for any help
