Well, heres why I ask..... My gfs mom has a 02 malibu, engine light started flashing on her today, car is running real rough. I look up the codes, and they are 0300 engine misfire and 0302 cylinder 2 miss fire, cylinder 2 has spark, plug doesnt look good, but cylinder 4,6, and 5 are all very white indicating a lean mixture. Now I check fuel pressure and find i have 52lbs of pressure and with the vacuum off the regulator i have 60lbs, seems like alot to me. Next I checked the injectors with a stephoscope to hear if the valvesa are all clicking and everyone is except cylinder 2, its either much quiter then the rest or Im just hearing the other injectors clicking. Next I pull the manifold to do a ohm test on the injector and find 13.7ohms which I believe to be good. Now if I am right on the fuel pressure being high, is it possible cylinder 2 injector is stuck closed? Sorry for the long post but I have to get her car running its her only mode of transportation. Thanks

I think it is more likely you have a bad injector. I would have to look up the pressure but they use centrifigal pumps which put out the pressure they are designed for.
You could call a dealer and ask to speak to a mechanic. A parts store should have an injector. I would purchase new o-rings at this time. Pull the plug wire for this cylinder and start the engine if it has no fuel it shouldn't make much difference. The rings go on top of the injector to prevent leaks.
Real cheap buy one at a junk yard.

Your fuel pressure spec is fine. It sounds like the # 2 injector is bad, causing the p0302 (cylinder 2 misfire). The other plugs being white and the p0300 (multiple cylinder misfire) could indicate a failing intake manifold gasket (VERY common issue on GM3100's) that is causing a vacuum leak. Check the oil for coolant contamination, if it is contaminated, it's intake gasket time.
