Hi to all, just to inform you that I've been f****d by the seller qmy2te (mr. Tianyue Ma, resident in Beijing). After several emails to agree about the payment, once transferred the request amount he totally disappeared. Don't buy from him.

Man I hate Ass Clowns who do that. I'm currently in process with someone who wont replay to my emails. No contact for over 11 days. They are newer and my negative feedback will surly hurt their rep., if the item dosent come soon!

You can only start a dispute 45 days after the payment. Then you get all the contact information for the seller. Then if you still have problems, you have 20 days to start another dispute that will, if paypal votes in your favor, get your money back if the hoser hasn't pulled all his accounts from paypal.

I was so interested in that kit and SO STUPID to pay with MoneyGram. Money is gone, and that's it.

May I ask what kit was it?
Sorry to hear about your loss.
I had bad experices with eBay but as a seller, I sold a portable media player for $400, the buyer claimed his credit card was misused and fired a charge back, so I lost the player and $400. Sucks.

every time a thread like this comes up i still find myself saying the same thing:
use paypal to reduce the risks in ebaying.
it's not 100% guaranteed to protect you but at the end of the day, it reduces the ease with which you can be scammed. That's not to mention that every source that advises you on how to ebay safely, tells you specifically, not to deal with anything that equates to money transfer of any sort.
