Steering gear input shaft seal

I have a 94 aerostar and I just replaced the power steering pump on it. I noticed that there is a leak from the seal around the sterring gear input shaft. :banghead:

What I need to know is how to fix this or do I need to replace the whole steering gear. :rolleyes:

Mine did that and I ended up with a complete new box to make it easier.
